Is the festival family-friendly?

Absolutely! The African Food Festival is a family-friendly event with activities for all ages.

Are Tickets refundable?

Yes and No. Tickets are refundable till June 28th, 2025. Tickets become non-refundable after June 28th, 2025.

Is there parking available at the festival site?

Yes, there is ample parking available at venue.

Is it All-you-can-eat?

No. Your voucher serves as money you will use to purchase each food and drinks stall until you run out. The menu has a set price for each item . Don’t worry you can still purchase food even after you run out of your 30 coupons.

What types of food will be available?

The festival will feature a wide variety of Ghanian dishes from different regions. There will be something for everyone to enjoy!

How can I become a vendor or performer at the festival?

We welcome vendors, artists and performers who wish to participate in the Asanka Food Festival. Please email asankafestival@gmail.com for further information.

Can I bring my own food and drinks?

Outside food and drinks are not permitted, as we want to support the vendors who are showcasing their authentic African cuisine.

What does my ticket come with?

Your voucher will be delivered to you at check-in as 30 coupons which you will use as a form of payment for each food and drink stall to purchase food until you run out. You can always purchase more on site.
